Drynex

It is applied like a simple plaster … But it is much more! Put it to the test.

Drynex was created in 2013 from the evolution of the Bioglob® plaster (2000), both developed inside the research laboratories of Delta Phoenix srl in Maclodio (BS) and is the first restoring plaster based on Alumina and nano-binders in the world. Its behavior towards humidity is totally different from any other material available on the market both physically and chemically.

The physical structure of DRYNEX is made up of a mix of totally new raw materials (there is no element typical of restorative materials) that allows a CONSTANT granulometric distribution throughout the thickness thus giving the certainty of uniformity of behavior at each point of application. This makes it possible to obtain a porosimetric curve that practically reduces to zero the adsorption of water in the liquid state but at the same time leaves a great permeability to water vapor, indispensable for allowing the masonry to “breathe”.

The interstitial and superficial crystallization, the most considerable physical deteriotation of classic claddings, is completly annulled in order to guarantee an extraordinary resistance to the salts dissolved in water. Furthermore, its chemical structure, formed of new raw materials on the building market, neutralize the chemical deterioration of classic binders and the development of Thaumasites (sulfur-silicate of hydrated calcium), D.E.F. (Delayed Ettringite Formation) and Pop-Corn Calciti is chemically impossible.
